Lightning McQueen Cake

Anyone who knows my son, Alex, knows he loves Lightning McQueen and anything Cars.  I bought the Wilton Cars Cake Pan and decided to do my first sweet experiment.  This cake was my first attempt at really making a decorated cake.  I don't think it came out that bad.  I have to admit - I had help!!  Two 3 year old helpers - Alex and his friend, Jack.
